  Lovely people, great food. Whipped up an off-menu vego dish no probs. Fresh salad and perfectly cooked veg. Kids fish and chips also great. Smiles and good service all round.

  Publican & staff were really friendly & helpful. Had a T-bone steak in dining room which was cooked to a perfect 'medium' as ordered.

  A surprise find in a beautiful country location, Resturant quality 10/10 . Rooms spacious, balcony access and beds comfortable. The owner Christian friendly, and professional. Worth a weekend away. We spend many weekends in pub stays on our travels in both motorcycling groups and weekend escapes, Walcha Commercial Hotel wins hands down.

  Had a bottle of wine over dinner at the hotel. The meal was prepared by an apprentice chef and you could of served it to anyone anywhere. Really good. I know she was an apprentice because I went to kitchen to thank her.
